Morning my fellow bloogers.
Today I want to share a wee christmas card I made. I havent really started my christmas cards yet, not really anyway. I've made a few but just havent got into the swing of it yet. I normally start over the summer holiday, but since having the baby last year, nothing is going to planned.
The card came together quite quick as I got most of the materials from a craft buddy in a card kit swap. All I added was the image, the wee notelet and the sentiment.
What I did:
Measure a piece of the red card stock so leaving a wee edge of the base card visible. Do the same with the green paper. Then cut 2 pieces of the green paper and back with more red card stock, once again leaving an edge of the red card stock visible. Add to the base card. I cut out the image and before sticking on completly, I just stuck the notelet under and secured. I then printed the sentiment, and smudged with a bit of distesss ink before adding to the card. I then added the wee gems and the bow. As a final touch, I took my distress ink to the edges of the base card. VOILA card made :-)
What I Used:
As i mentioned, the card blank, the red card stock and the green paper is from a swap a made with a buddy.
Image and notelet are from Panduro
Digi sentiment
Gems, bow and distress ink
Hope you all like my wee card, and THANK YOU for any comments
