Panpastel Challenge 2 - "New Beginnings"

Hello my fellow bloggers...

Hope you are all having a good evening so far..
First of all I would like to thank everyone who took part in Panpastel Challenge 1, and all who took the time to stop by my little space here. And a huge congratz to our winner, Carole.

Challenge 2 is now kicking off and is called "New Beginnings"

Im lucky to be a stay at home mom and only a year ago got my last baby, Abbie. Its been a roller coaster year for me as after having my no 2. Michael, I swore I was NEVER doing that again. So having Abbie 5 years later was TRULY a new beginning for all of us. Hence the inspiration for my design...

Hope you all like it, and THANK YOU for any comments..
Best of luck to all the entrants for this week...

What I've used:

Cream and White card stock
Magenta, White, Phthalo Blue and Yellow Ochre Panpastel
Baby digi stamp, Greeting stamp
Big shot and dies
Candy, gems, ribbon, brown pen and glitterglue from stash

What I've done:

Cover the White card stock in the Magenta Panpastel with a sponge and cover with a colour fixer. (I've used Decoupage gloss from Panduro)
Print Digi stamp and greeting stamp and colour with The PanPastels. (I've used a small paintbrush) and gloss so the colour wont smugde.
Diecut the image and the scalloped ovals.
Diecut the scalloped cirkel and thread with ribbon,
Add the gems, candy and the greeting. Draw the fake stiches
Finish off with a bit of glitterglue.
