Crafty Bloggers Network Challenge - "Happy Bird-day"

Its Monday, and the start of a new week... That also mean that it is time for the new challenge over on Crafty Bloggers Network  Challenge blog..

This challenge is called "Happy BIRD-day"

Dont get that wrong... It says BIRD, not birth... Like I took it for...

Yep hold my hand up, made a birthday card, all done for the challenge until I uploaded it and re-read the theme. Thankfully I was in good time and had time enough to make a new card.. 

 

Right, here is my card for this challenge...

BIRD-day lol...

This card is made from papers and topper kit from the Docrafts Creativity club. Im real sorry but you have to be a member to get your hands on these free downloads, but I have a thing for owls, so when I finally got the theme right, I knew strait away what to play with...

All the elements are from the kit, the only thing I made was the sentiment. The rest is simply just cut out. The owl is decoupaged for added dimension.

The sentiment is stamped, cut out using spelbinder dies, and the leaves under, is a punch.
