Stamping with the dragon

This week is for inspiration as we already have a challenge going here. Pop over for all the details as things are a slight bit different for this challenge. All is explained over there so wont do it here...

For our inspiration weeks, we, the DT get to choose anything from the store that we wish, to work with.

This week I choose something a bit different, a frame.

I had big plans for it, but when time came to do a project, nothing came together. In the end, hubby helped me on my way and I came up with this card.

 

I love this frame, and its one that I could see myself using over and over again. It would look fab printed bigger just used on its own, or as an element on a scrap page. The flowers could also be made into decoupage, or it could be decorated with even more flowers. the possibilities are endless with this one.

All I did was print the frame and colour with promarkers. I then cut it out and mounted onto a piece of purple cardstock that i distresed with a sanding block. The heart is diecut from black card stock and I just added the entiment in the middle.

To finish off, I used my trusted glitterglue to jazz it all up a bit.
