Tsunami Rose Challenge "colour inspiration"

Hi everyone..

Seem like forever since my last post but I have been ill with a very stubbon flu and is only now getting better. Im delighted to be back in blog land though, and really looking forward to catching up on all the blog posts I've missed..

My post for today is for the challenge over on

The Theme for this weeks challenge is:
"Colour Inspiration".

The DT, have for this week used the papers from the printeble kit called 
"Yesterdays Commodity"
Which you can find in the STORE.

Here is what I have made for this week:







This card is simply a matter of layers. WE the DT each got 3 sheets from the kit to work with, and I knew strait away that I wanted to use them all on my project. 
The stamp I used, the type writer, is 99p stamp i bought somewhere and when I recived the papers, I knew strait away i had to use the 2 together.
The cogs are a die I've used with craft card  and just smeared with distress inks.
