Panpastel Challenge 1 - "anything goes"

Hello my fellow bloggers...

Today I want to share the first project I've done for the brand new challenge blog Panpastels. I've been so lucky to be picked as one of the designers. Its no secret that, one day, when the kids gets older, that I would love to work in craft, so when I saw the DT call for Panpastels I thought it would be fun. Its a brand new product in the UK..
If you would like to join in the challenge, we go live this sunday. Here is the link to join in:

What I've used:
12x12 white cardstock
PanPastels, colours: Permanent Green, Raw Umber, Diarylide Yellow and Sponges.
Paper and notelet, "Woodland Folk" from docrafts
Compas stamp and brown ink
Thickers
Diecuts and brad from stach
Tim Holtz tickets
Brown Pen

What I've done:
Paint the tree with Raw Umber and sponge over with Permanent green.
Sponge the corner of cardstock Dairylide Yellow and continue down the page, blending with the green.
Dap on the leaves with pointy hand tool.
Add a piece of "woodland" paper, ripped in one end and the edges sponged with Raw Umber Panpastel.
Add the notelet and layer the picture on top.
Stamp the compas on a scrap of white cardstock and cut out, Tuck under the picture.
Add the die-cuts, tickets, brad and the thickers letters.
Outline the whole page with fake stitches and a solid line a around the main image.
