GOOOOOOOD Morning blogger friends..

Pop over on the link above to see the rules for entering the challenge. Also a metion that our fantastic sponsers yourcreativitystore have a sale on PanPastels at the moment.. Not only are the Pastels down in price, you also get free p&p.. Amazing offer...

I will also like to metion that PanPastel have a DT call at the moment, so if you fancy being on the team, pop over and have a look, to see what to do...

Right, back to this weeks challenge.. "the great outdoors"...
I didnt really know what to make for this challenge, but a while ago, I downloaded this free digi stamp. (Im really sorry to say I cant give credit to the designer, as I dont know where I got it from... If anyone know please let me know so I can give the credit that is due..)
One day shortly after recieving my PanPastels, I sat and played with them, and I coloured in the digi. I didnt really know what to with it once finished, but one day it just hit me.. Its the perfect stamp for anyone who loves the outdoors, and the rest is history as you say...
I love the way the card turned out in the end. Its a great all round card. It could be used for male of female and the greeting could easily be changes to suit any occacion.

Recipie:
  • Cut a card blank from brown card stock. Cover with a piece of patterned paper to fit, leaving an edge of the card blank to show. Sand the edges with a sanding tool.
  • Colour your choosen image and cut to size. Mat onto a piece of the same patterned paper and again onto the same brown cardstock as used for the card blank.
  • Add image to the card blank and mat a greeting to a piece of the patterned paper.
  • Add a couple of leaves, berries and gems and voila, card is ready...

I hope you all like this wee card. THANK YOU for stopping by my blog and thank you very much for any comments. Hope to see you all over on the challenge blog.

Hugs, Marleen xxx
